This role will support the Senior Manager/Sourcing Project Coordinator by managing the daily operations of RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, handling supplier communications, and providing data-driven insights to improve sourcing efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensure RFQs are structured to capture relevant commercial, technical, and compliance data

n

Manage day-to-day RFQ activities including tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.

n

Interface with suppliers to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations.

n

Provide support and guidance to suppliers throughout the RFQ process.

n

Collect, validate, and analyze supplier quotes to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, and value-added offerings.

n





Maintain accurate records of RFQ activities and supplier responses.

n

Collaborate with Commodity Managers and the Sourcing Project Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate RFQ execution.

n

Identify opportunities for process improvements in RFQ workflows and communication. What will help you thrive in this role? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

n

2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or data analytics.

n

Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

n

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

n
