nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Checker to review and verify engineering drawings and detailing outputs in the PEB domain. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination with detailing and design teams.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and check detailed drawings (GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings) prepared by detailers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in drawings.
- Coordinate with detailers and design engineers to resolve discrepancies.
- Verify connection details, member sizing, and bill of materials (BOM).
- Ensure proper revision control and documentation of checked drawings.
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework by thorough checking.
- Support project timelines by ensuring timely completion of checking activities.
- *Required Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong knowledge of PEB structures, steel detailing, and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in detailing software such as Tekla Structures / AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and standards.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- *Educational Qualification:**
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- *Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- 2–3 years of experience in PEB detailing/checking.
- Prior experience in checking fabrication drawings is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
