Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in planning daily production schedules (cutting, stitching, and finishing).

Coordinate between departments (cutting → stitching → printing → packing).

n

Ensure production targets are met on time.

n

Track work-in-progress (WIP).

n

Monitor raw materials like cotton fabric, dyes, threads, and packaging materials.

n

Maintain stock records (inward and outward entries).

n

Assist in checking fabric quality, stitching accuracy, and print alignment.

n

Identify defects like color mismatch, stitching issues, and fabric damage.

n

Maintain quality reports and rejection data.

n

Ensure finished bedsheets meet company standards.

n

Help avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

n

Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements.

n

Maintain daily production reports (DPR).

n

Update Excel sheets for inventory, dispatch,



and production.

n

Analyze basic data like output per day, defect rates, and worker productivity.
