- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, in office role for an Operations Executive based in Kolkata.n

The Operations

nExecutive will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, overseeing processes, ensuring smooth workflow, and collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency. Tasks will include tracking and managing documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating client-related operations, and identifying and addressing process improvements. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to provide operational support and insights.n

✅ Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years of experience (preferably in Mutual Fund domain)

✔ Strong communication skills – Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel & documentation processes
