Role Overview

nWe're on the lookout for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer Intern who lives and breathes visual storytelling. If you're someone who obsesses over pixel-perfect designs, knows how to stop a scroll, and wants real-world experience — this is your seat at the table.n

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design

n

- Design scroll-stopping static posts, carousels, reels covers, and story templates for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with campaigns and brand calendar

Video Editing

n
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design to enhance video quality
- Work on promotional videos, product demos, and brand storytelling content

nDesign & Branding Supportn
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals — brochures, banners, pitch decks, and emailers
- Support the team in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
- Create and organize design assets in shared folders for team use

Creative Ideation

n
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, trendy content ideas




- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and competitor creatives
- Propose new visual formats and creative concepts to improve engagement

Content Coordination

n
- Work closely with the content and digital marketing team to align visuals with copy
- Meet deadlines on the content calendar without compromising design quality
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate designs efficiently

n

What We're Looking For

n
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
- A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and what performs well
- A portfolio (even if small) showcasing your design or video work
- Ability to take feedback positively and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in night Shift from our office located at NIBM, Pune
