We are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager /Manager / Sr. Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired’s Online Degrees and Working Professional programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities

n

Channel Partner Management

n

Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.

n

Identify, onboard, train, and activate new education channel partners.

n

Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution.

n

Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.

n

Revenue & Business Growth

n

Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.

n

Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures.

n

Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.

n

Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks.

n

Program & Product Alignment

n

Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees, eligibility, loan options, and specializations.

n





Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.

n

Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.

n

Governance, MIS & Compliance

n

Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.

n

Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.

n

Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly.

n

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

n

Work closely with central sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams.

n

Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and partner trends.

n

Support leadership with insights for expansion and optimization.

n

Preferred Candidate

n

Profile

n

Experience & Background

n

5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales within EdTech / Higher Education / Education services.

n

Strong exposure to Online Degree Programs / Executive Education / Working Professional programs.

n

Experience managing multi-city or multi-region channel partners is mandatory.

n

Skills & Competencies

n

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

n

Proven ability to drive channel revenue and partner productivity.

n

Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in MIS and CRM tools.

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
