We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead program development and partnerships for our flagship energy events. The role involves working closely with industry stakeholders, government bodies, international organisations, and media partners to build high-impact conference programs and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage strategic and knowledge partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and institutions

- Coordinate with state governments, ministries, and public sector organisations for participation and support

- Engage with foreign missions (embassies, high commissions, bilateral chambers) for international collaboration

- Lead the development of International Pavilions by onboarding country partners and coordinating delegations.

- Build and manage media partnerships with industry publications and platforms

- Support and oversee social media coordination aligned with event positioning and partner visibility.

- Contribute to conference program development, including speaker outreach and content alignment

- Identify and onboard partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and co-hosted initiatives (partnership-led approach).

- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums, including visiting competitor events for insights

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure successful event execution.

- Contribute to overall event growth through stakeholder engagement and partnership opportunities

RequirementsPreferred Profile

- 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, conferences, stakeholder engagement, or event roles

- Experience working with government bodies, embassies, media, or industry associations preferred

- Prior exposure to energy, power, utilities, infrastructure,



or related sectors will be a strong advantage.

- Strong understanding of B2B events, conferences, or industry ecosystems

- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven

- Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be highly preferred.

Preferred Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, International Relations, Public Policy, Marketing, or related field preferred
