About Us Kran Consulting Pvt Ltd with Headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram Kerala is an innovative IT consulting company with almost 3 decades of industry presence with a primary focus on Public Administration We have established ourselves as an organization delivering mission critical projects to Government Clients across the country We confirm to Global Quality Standards including CMMI DEV 5 ISO 9001 2015 ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 Currently we are working on Government Projects in multiple states in the Country We are seeking a React js Trainee to join our front-end development team As a React js Trainee you will assist in developing and implementing user interface components using React js concepts and workflows such as Redux Flux and Webpack Under the supervision of senior developers you will contribute to the development of high-performance responsive web applications and help document the front-end codebase This role provides a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to learn and grow in front-end development while working on real-world projects Responsibilities Meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas requirements and application designs Assist in reviewing application requirements and interface designs to ensure technical feasibility Identify key user interactions and work to implement them using React js and its ecosystem Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components following React js workflows ensuring an excellent user experience across all devices Write clean maintainable and efficient JavaScript code to implement application interface features Troubleshoot debug and optimize application code to resolve performance bottlenecks and improve overall system efficiency Develop and implement front-end architecture that supports user interface concepts and enhances performance Monitor and improve front-end performance by identifying areas of improvement such as load time optimization and seamless transitions Document application changes and contribute to the development of updates and new features Engage directly with clients for feedback making adjustments to the front-end as required to meet client needs Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and improve the functionality of the application Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality standards Continuously learn and apply new front-end technologies and tools to improve the quality and performance of the applications Follow agile development methodologies attend sprint meetings and contribute to the timely delivery of features Assist in maintaining codebase quality through unit testing and ensuring cross-browser compatibility Skills Required Basic understanding of React js JavaScript ES6 HTML and CSS Familiarity with web development tools and technologies such as Redux Flux Webpack and NPM Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks A passion for writing clean efficient and readable code Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git and GitHub Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients An eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks to keep up with the latest trends in front-end development Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 0 to 1 year of experience in front-end development or React js internships or personal projects are a plus Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and libraries React js preferred A strong willingness to learn and grow in front-end development Location Trivandrum Job Type Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 6 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
