Salesforce Business Analyst – Data Analytics (Snowflake & Tableau) Location: India Work Mode: Remote Experience: 7–10 Years Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Data Analytics expertise to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) , Snowflake Data Warehousing , and Tableau Reporting , along with strong data modeling capabilities. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce and analytics solutions Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements Design and optimize data models, reference tables, and data relationships Collaborate with data engineering teams for Snowflake data warehouse design and implementation Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau for business decision-making Perform data analysis, data validation,



and data quality checks Support Salesforce enhancements (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) from a BA perspective Work with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Product Owners Ensure alignment between Salesforce data and downstream analytics platforms Drive UAT, documentation, and stakeholder communication Required Skills Robust experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce ecosystem Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake preferred) Strong knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and reference data management Experience in Tableau dashboard creation and data visualization Proficiency in SQL for data analysis Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and UAT support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications (Admin / BA / Platform App Builder) Experience working in Agile/Scrum e
