Role Description

n

This is a full-time, in office role for a Talent Acquisition and HR Executive, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for entry-level, trainee, and junior-level positions across departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.

The role also involves campus recruitment, internship hiring, maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, onboarding current employees, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

The Talent

Acquisition and HR Executive will work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and help build a strong talent pipeline.

n

Fresh MBA graduates in HR with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

n

MBA in Human Resources or PGDM in HR preferred

n

Freshers with strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition can apply

n

Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

n

Good communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to interact confidently with candidates, colleges, and department heads

n

Solid organizational and coordination skills

n

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication

n

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements

n

Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage

n

Experience in campus hiring, employee onboarding, or the apparel/manufacturing industry is advantageous
