Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients for our International Voice Process . The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
- Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–4 years in international voice process or customer support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts.




- Robust problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.

Additional Requirements:

- Shift: Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably).
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
