Job Summary

n

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our Finance/MIS team, with a primary focus on fixed asset management, reporting, and audit assistance. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal and external audits through timely data and documentation. Key Responsibilities

n

Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.

n

Coordinate and carry out physical verification and tagging of fixed assets; reconcile physical assets with records.

n

Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

n

Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to fixed assets, capital expenditure, and other assigned areas.

n

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

n

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.

n

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Admin, IT, Operations)



for asset tracking and verification.

n

Handle any other MIS, reporting, or finance-related tasks as assigned from time to time.

n

Required Qualifications & Skills

n

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, CA – inter.

n

1–3 years of experience in MIS, fixed assets accounting, or finance operations (freshers with solid aptitude may be considered).

n

Working knowledge of fixed asset accounting and basic audit requirements.

n

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

n

Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.

n

Robust attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy.

n

Good coordination and communication skills.
