I’m an executive team coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership and team development, working internationally with senior leaders and management teams.

Over the years, I’ve developed a practical and highly applicable approach to leadership, focused on creating ownership, strengthening collaboration, and building high-performing teams.

I recently developed an online course on Inclusive Leadership. It is designed as a self-paced program and can also be facilitated in small groups, making it highly flexible and directly usable in real organizational contexts.

This program is not a generic training. It is a high-quality, tailor-made approach that can be adapted to specific contexts and organizations when needed.

I’m now looking to collaborate with a small number of selected partners to bring this program to the market internationally.

Role Description

This is not a traditional job, but a partnership opportunity.

I’m looking for experienced coaches or consultants who want to expand their offering by integrating a ready-made, high-quality leadership program into their own practice.

As a partner, you will:

- Introduce and position the Inclusive Leadership course within your own network or client base
- Sell the program to organizations or groups
- Optionally facilitate sessions or learning groups based on the course

You will have the flexibility to use the program in a way that fits your own style and market, while leveraging proven content and structure.

This is a remote and global chance.



I’m open to collaborating with professionals across different regions, including high-growth markets.

Qualifications

You are likely to be a good fit if you:

- Are comfortable positioning and selling your services
- Prefer working independently and value flexibility
- Are interested in building or expanding your own practice
- Have a professional level of English
