and stakeholder collaboration Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and distributed teams Familiar with ServiceNow Security Operations or other ServiceNow modules Holding ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD or other platform certifications Experienced in large-scale enterprise implementations of ServiceNow solutions AND YOU WANT TO: Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert advising clients on platform capabilities and best practices Lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture and configurations Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and clients on ServiceNow capabilities and platform evolution Design solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards Support end-to-end project delivery including workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholders across delivery teams Ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge
