About the role: The IT Mid-Level Analyst uses a range of functional and technical skills to support the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third-party vendor systems and products. This position plays a significant role in contributing to the development of functional/technical solutions by supporting innovation within our organization. The employee will have a solid understanding of Lead-to-Quote business processes, systems, and architecture within their team. Collaboration with leadership, architecture, product ownership,



and various IT and business teams is essential. The employee will leverage AI tools as part of their daily workflow to enhance analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and overall productivity.
