Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Associate role located in the Mohali district. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, providing support via phone calls and other communication channels, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enhancing customer experiences.



The role involves managing customer concerns, providing solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong skills in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
Professional communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Ability to work on-site in a professional environment in the Mohali district
Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication
A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
