As a Senior Manager- Luxury Shopper & Experiential Marketing, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Luxury Shopper Marketing:
- Ensure toolkit designs are in line with aligned brand worlds
- Collaborate closely with the brand team to execute national campaigns such as the SDX watch promo
- Lead strategic brand tie-ups and in-culture plays
- Identify external partners/brands that share organizational goals for driving tie-ups
- Drive efficiency by working closely with luxury brands and key customer cohorts to deliver experiences aligned with regional teams, including HNI dinners, Golf events, collaborations with luxury car brands like Merc and BMW, watch tie-ups, weddings, and more
- SPOC for National Key accounts:
- Work closely with the national key accounts SPOC to lead marketing conversations for applicable brands
- Provide monthly reports on marketing initiatives across the accounts in collaboration with National Key accounts
- Monitoring & Effectiveness Evaluation:
- Establish a robust measurement and feedback mechanism for all marketing initiatives, highlighting performance metrics and target achievements
- Conduct effective business analysis to respond to channel, category, customer, and competitive industry trends, focusing on identifying growth opportunities for USL through channels and key customers
- Act as the central lead for content and paid media for Worldclass, working closely with the Worldclass team for seamless content execution
