Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

• Gather and translate business requirements

• Customize using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configurations

• Manage automation, objects, and validation rules

• Handle API integrations and data migration

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues

Required Skills

• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows

• API integration experience (REST/SOAP)

• Understanding of CRM processes

• Positive communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications

• Lightning Experience expertise

• Integration exposure
