- Manage and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR/EHR software.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, administrative, and support staff.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of servers, desktops, printers, biometric devices, and medical equipment integrated with IT systems.
- Monitor network performance (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, firewall, and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain patient data confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare data protection standards.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for software upgrades, AMC, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and hospital software.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support telemedicine systems and digital health platforms.
- Prepare periodic IT performance and security reports for management.

Location : Thanjavur

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Qualification : B.sc Computer Science / BE
