Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Professionals to join our Advertisement & Circulation team at Kumudam Publication. The role involves boosting advertisement revenue, expanding magazine circulation, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring brand visibility in assigned regions.

Advertisement Sales

- Identify and acquire new clients for print and digital advertisement.
- Pitch advertising solutions to businesses, agencies, and institutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing advertisers.
- Prepare and present customized advertising proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly advertisement revenue targets.

Circulation Sales

- Increase magazine circulation through distributor, agent, and retail channel development.
- Ensure timely supply of magazines to all distribution points.
- Develop new circulation routes and expand the reader base.
- Monitor sales performance of vendors and ensure stock visibility.
- Conduct field visits to understand market trends and competitor activities.





General Responsibilities

- Maintain regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and distribution teams.
- Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and trade activities to promote the brand.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Advertisement Sales / Print Media / FMCG / Circulation.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within assigned region.
