Recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.* Collaborate with managers on performance management plans.* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Able to drive process excellence, and enhance organizational performance. The candidate will also play a key role as a mentor, guiding teams and ensuring continuous improvement through structured planning and review mechanisms.

- Conduct performance evaluations and monitor team productivity
- Perform process audits, functional audits, and document audits
- Develop plans of action based on audit findings and performance gaps

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
