Job Description – Campus Manager

Role Summary

The Campus Manager is responsible for end-to-end leadership of campus operations with full P&L; ownership, ensuring revenue growth, operational excellence, academic quality, and strong student outcomes. The role drives campus performance across admissions, academics, student services, infrastructure, and partnerships while ensuring profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

P&L; Management & Business Growth

Own and manage campus P&L; including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets

Develop and execute annual campus business plans and budgets

Track performance against financial targets and take corrective actions

Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities

Campus Operations Management

Oversee all campus functions including admissions, academics, student services, and facilities

Ensure compliance with academic, operational, and regulatory standards

Maintain high standards of infrastructure, safety, and hygiene

Implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency

Team Leadership & People Management

Build, lead, and mentor faculty and administrative teams

Conduct hiring, training, performance management, and retention initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across campus teams

Student Success & Experience

Drive student enrollment, engagement, and retention initiatives

Ensure delivery of high-quality academic experiences and student satisfaction

Address escalations and maintain strong student relationships

Improve placement performance and career outcomes

Business Development & Partnerships





Build relationships with corporates, institutions, and community stakeholders

Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance campus visibility

Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events

Strengthen placement and corporate partnership networks

Qualifications

Essential

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field

8–12 years of experience managing educational institutions or training centers

Proven track record of P&L; ownership and operational leadership

Preferred

Experience in EdTech or skill development sector

Exposure to vocational training or employability programs

Robust industry and corporate partnership network
