Job Title: Civil Engineer (Road Projects)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to plan, execute, and supervise road construction projects, including bitumen and CC roads. The role involves site execution, quality control, surveying, and coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site execution for road projects (Bitumen & CC roads)
- Oversee activities related to earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, bitumen layers, and concrete roads
- Conduct and manage levelling and surveying work using Auto Level
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and measurements
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, lab technicians, and site staff
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed at site
- Monitor material usage, productivity, and project progress
- Perform and oversee laboratory tests such as soil, aggregate, bitumen, and concrete tests
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, test reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in road construction projects (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in Bitumen Road Projects & CC Road Works
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials,



and standards
- Practical experience in surveying and levelling (Master in Auto Level)
- Knowledge of field and laboratory testing (Soil, Aggregate, Bitumen, Concrete)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication, coordination, and site management skills
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- AutoCAD (preferred)
- MS Excel & MS Word
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently at site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
