Job Description

- We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node/ .NET) development.

- As a Full Stack Developer at IncubXperts, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable technology solutions.

- This position requires a robust foundation in React JS/Vue JS. for frontend development, Node JS for backend development, and proficiency in working with SQL databases.

- Cloud hands-on experience is a must- AWS/Azure/GCP

Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by following set practices and habits

- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to develop, test, and maintain web, mobile and desktop business applications built on various technologies

- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

- Participate in project planning/Sprint planning, team mentoring exercises.

- Research on latest technology areas to build capability.

- Manage process changes, ensuring smooth implementation within the team and maintaining continuous business continuity.



Experience in handing Incident Management, Request Managements.

- Provide first-level escalation support to the team in case of exception management.

- Troubleshoot technical issues about our product and integrations, including root cause analysis, investigative work tied to software issues, and escalation to our engineering team when necessary.

- Ingest all escalations, reproduce reported bugs, identify quick fixes, and document learnings on investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and triaging issues.

- Provide detailed and researched information about escalating issues to developers.

- Provide Product Managers with insights related to issues and trends to inform the roadmap and feature investments when requested to do so.

- Actively engage with customers, maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. Answer customer concerns quickly with accurate information via email, live chat, and phone.

- Deliver accurate, complete, and valid information using our methods and tools.

- Enjoy the hunt to track down a bug or issue and be energized by fixing this for all similar users going forward.

- Last but not least - should be able to demonstrate a high degree of ownership and mentor juniors.

Requirements

-
4+ years of experience developing in Full Stack development : Front end : Angular/React Backend: Node.js/.NET
-
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases as well as SQL queries
-
Knowledge of version control processes (Git)
-
Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
-
Must have AWS or any cloud technology experience.
