- *About the Role**

nWe are looking for a **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** to lead our finance and accounting function end-to-end. This is a **high-ownership leadership role** where you will drive financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights in a fast-growing FMCG startup.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead **end-to-end accounting**: GL, AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets
- Own **monthly/quarterly/annual closures** and financial reporting
- Ensure **GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance** (returns, reconciliations, notices)
- Manage **audits** (statutory, internal, tax) and strengthen internal controls
- Drive **MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis** for leadership
- Oversee **cash flow, working capital, and banking operations**
- Manage **payables, receivables, and vendor relationships**
- Lead **budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning**
- Mentor and manage the **accounts team**




- Improve systems and processes using **Busy & Excel automation**
- *Who We’re Looking For**
- **CA Qualified (Preferred)**
- **7–10 years experience** in Accounting/Finance
- Background in **FMCG / Manufacturing / Trading** preferred
- Strong expertise in **GST, TDS, Financial Reporting & Audits**
- Hands-on with **Busy Accounting Software & Advanced Excel**
- Proven **team leadership & ownership mindset**
