- Set up and maintain a fully functional horticulture lab, including greenhouse, hydroponic, and soil-based growing systems in School workplace.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, experiments, and fieldwork to enhance student learning.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and lab activities.
- Procure necessary tools, equipment, seeds, fertilizers, and other materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of lab facilities, including irrigation systems, lighting, and climate control.
- Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in lab operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging horticulture lessons, blending theory with practical applications.
- Create curriculum modules for topics such as plant propagation, soil science, pest management, hydroponics, and organic farming.
