Position : Senior Accounts Executive experience : 4 to 5 years

n

JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the receipt of payment from customer and reconcile with bank statement.

n

Responsibilities

nResponsible for bank reconciliation HDFC and Axis-Current account.n

Responsible for payment follow-up - automated mail mechanism to setup

n

Responsible for reconciliation on payment received.

n

Regular updating of pending payment and sharing with Managers

n

Responsible for managing EMD / security deposit.

n

Asset updation in smart asset software.

n

Responsible for tracking on PDC List.

n

Responsible for tracking of EMD details and follow up for EMD outstanding on weekly basis

n

Responsible for TDS receivables & GST TDS & IT refund credit follow-up from customers.

n

Responsible for Accounting of Short payments & Excess payments with permission from higher authority on regular basis.

n

Deposit cash,



DD & cheque at HDFC bank Current account on daily basis.

n

Responsible for tracking on Cheque reversal & communication to the concerned department,also responsible for legal notice communication to customers.

n

Responsible for Card swiping, settlement & its accounting in USAM – Mylapore Branch and only for accounting part responsible for all branches.

n

GSTR1 - TN branch filing on monthly basis on or before 11th of every month.

n

Reports to Maintain

nDaily work Log - Excel formatn

Weekly/monthly collection details- branch wise/BU wise

n

TDS receivable reconciliation

nGST TDS receivable reconciliation.n

BRS report Monthly

nKPI for Senior Accounts Executiven

Responsible for payment collection by sending the pending payment to HOD/Manager on weekly and follow-up

n

Responsible for bank reconciliation report
