- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and audits
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and processes
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities
- *Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CMA preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations
- Experience with accounting software Tally,
