nAmir's Production House is looking for a smart and creative **Receptionist cum Design Assistant** to handle front office operations along with basic design support using Canva and AI tools.n

This role is ideal for candidates who are valuable at communication and also interested in creative digital work.

- *Key Responsibilities** Front Office & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Manage appointments and client coordination
- Maintain office records, visitor logs, and basic documentation
- Ensure a clean and professional front office environment

nBasic Design & Creative Supportn
- Create simple social media posts using **Canva / AI tools**
- Assist in designing posters, reels thumbnails, and ads
- Edit basic images and update content as required
- Support marketing team with quick creatives
- Follow brand guidelines for all designs

nCoordination & Supportn
- Coordinate with design and marketing team
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day office and marketing tasks
- *Skills & Requirements**




- Good communication skills in **Malayalam & English (mandatory)**
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Familiarity with **Canva / AI tools** (preferred, training can be provided)
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior
- Interest in creative/design work
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
- *Qualification**
- Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in receptionist / office admin / basic design is a plus
