- *Position Overview**

nWe are seeking a detail-oriented **Proposal Tracking & Revenue Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This role will own the end-to-end management of our proposal lifecyclefrom tracking submission and win/loss analysis to revenue recognition coordination and performance reporting. - *Key Responsibilities**
- *Proposal Management**
- Track all proposals through pipeline systems from submission to award/closure
- Maintain proposal status dashboards and aging reports for leadership visibility
- Coordinate with technical teams, estimators, and sales for complete proposal packages
- Analyze proposal conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and competitive positioning
- Identify proposal process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements
- *Revenue & Billing Coordination**
- Validate awarded project revenue against contract terms and billing milestones
- Coordinate with finance, project controls, and client teams for accurate revenue recognition
- Track contract variations, change orders, and their financial impact
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and support collections escalation
- *Performance Analysis & Reporting**
- Develop monthly/quarterly KPIs: proposal win rates, revenue realization, billing efficiency
- Create executive dashboards tracking pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and team performance
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities
- Benchmark proposal performance against industry standards and competitors
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership




- *Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Document and standardize proposal tracking workflows and templates
- Act as liaison between sales, delivery, finance, and operations teams
- Implement automation tools to streamline repetitive reporting tasks
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in proposal tracking, revenue management, or project controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems preferred
- Familiarity with engineering/construction industry metrics and processes
- *Required Skills & Competencies**
- *Technical Skills:**
- Expert-level Excel with dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for advanced reporting (preferred)

- Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven setting
