- *We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale up-to-date FinTech platforms. You will work across the stack—from high performance Java backends to intuitive React frontends—building secure, resilient, and scalable financial systems.**




- *You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high impact features while maintaining high engineering standards.**
- *Responsibilities**
- *Backend**
- *Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) (JDK 17 &** **above /****Spring Boot 3.X).**
- *Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and** **third party****systems.**
- *Ensure security, performance, fault tolerance, and observability, critical to FinTech platforms.**
- *Work with relational and NoSQL databases; design productive data models.**
- *Proficiency on Message broker like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka.**
- *Frontend**
- *Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.**
- *Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and internal user experiences.**
- *Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross browser compatibility.**
- *Cloud & DevOps (Plus)**
- *Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).**
- *Apply best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and scalability.**
- *Engineering Excellence**
- *Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.**
- *Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision making.**
- *Mentor junior engineers and influence team best practices.**




- *Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.**
- *Qualifications we seek in you!**
- *Minimum Qualifications**
- *Strong** **hands on****experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture).**
- *Strong frontend development experience with React.**
- *Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.**
- *Experience building API driven, distributed systems.**
- *Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.**
- *Familiarity with FinTech-grade concerns: security, performance, compliance, and reliability.**
- *Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.**
- *Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**
- *Hands on AWS experience (deployment, services, operations).**
- *Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.**
- *Exposure to event driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).**
- *Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, and application security best practices.**
- *Prior experience in payments, banking, trading, or financial platforms.**
- *Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).**
