About the Role

Sourcingo Private Limited is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our growing team across hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real HR work, including recruitment, coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, coordination)
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR data
- Assist in improving internal processes and team engagement

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
