- *Role & responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end **recruitment and selection** processes.
- Handle **employee onboarding and induction** Process.
- Plan and execute **employee engagement & welfare activities.**
- Ensure **implementation and adherence to company policies**.
- Manage and coordinate with **vendors** for administrative services.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Scheduling meetings, taking notes, Vender meeting organized
- Maintaining filing systems, data management, and record-keeping
- Manage and execute **procurement activities** for Facilities and Administration functions, including end-to-end procurement for day-to-day operations.
- Oversee **equipment maintenance** and maintain records of **Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)**.
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Should have good understanding for end-to-end work.
- Should be good to conduct basic cost analysis and quality checks to take informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
- Should be highly motivated, proactive and a cooperative team player.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum graduation Required.
- Effective communication skills and a self-starter in nature.
