Job Title Help Desk Executive – US Healthcare ⚠️ Important Note Candidates must have prior experience in US Healthcare Help Desk / Customer Support Applications without relevant US healthcare experience will not be considered ? Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Executive with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Help Desk / Customer Support to join our team. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for resolving technical and functional issues related to healthcare systems and processes. This role requires robust troubleshooting skills, familiarity with US healthcare workflows (EHR/EMR, RCM, billing), and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment while ensuring strict adherence to data security and compliance standards such as HIPAA. ? Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users and clients for all technical and application-related issues Handle support requests via calls, emails, and ticketing systems within defined SLAs Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to: Healthcare applications (EHR/EMR, Practice Management Systems, Billing tools) Hardware, software, and network connectivity Provide functional support on US healthcare workflows, including: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Patient data handling Claims and billing processes Guide end users in navigating and using healthcare systems efficiently Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams with proper documentation and analysis Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system Contribute to knowledge base creation and process documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data security protocols at all times Support user onboarding, access provisioning, and account management ? Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Help Desk / Customer Support Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes, including EHR/EMR systems, RCM workflows, and medical billing Graduate in any discipline (IT/Computer Science preferred) Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment ✅ Preferred Attributes Experience supporting US-based healthcare clients/processes Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical/administrative workflows Experience working in a 24x7 or night shift environment Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively ?
