Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, audit coordination, treasury management, and ERP-based financial controls.

n

The candidate will work closely with senior management and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis, reporting, and compliance management.

n

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Management

n

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

n

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly,



and annual book closures.

n

Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

n

Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and treasury management in coordination with the Managing Director.

n

Strengthen financial controls and ensure proper accounting practices across the organization.

n

- ERP & Data Management

n

Manage accounting and reporting functions using Tally ERP.

n

Generate, validate, and analyze financial reports and reconciliations from Tally ERP and Fleetoz systems.

n

Ensure data accuracy and internal financial controls within ERP systems.

n

- MIS & Management Reporting

n

Prepare monthly MIS reports including performance summaries, variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability reports.

n

Provide analytical insights and financial trends to support management decision-making.

n

Prepare board-level financial presentations and analysis reports.

n

- Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

n

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements.

n

Review monthly returns and reconciliations including GSTR-2B, GSTR-1, and GSTR-3B.

n

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready compliance records.

Coordination

n





Coordinate with Indian Statutory Auditors and UAE Statutory Auditor for timely completion of audits.

n

Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

n

Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and working papers.

n

- Operational & Cross-Functional Support

n

Work closely with Vendor Management, Purchase, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

n

Review contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements from a financial and compliance perspective.

n

Support management in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives.

n

Skills & Competencies

n

Strong accounting foundation with deep understanding of financial statements and reporting.

n

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP systems.

n

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS templates).

n

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Company Law basics, and audit methodologies.

n

Ability to manage high-value transactions and financial operations.

n

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

High integrity, discipline, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

n

Business Acumen and Risk mitigation skills

n

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning expertise

n

Candidate Profile

n

Minimum 6-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

n

Strong experience in financial management, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.

n

Proactive, analytical, and capable of independently managing the finance function.

n

Exposure to UAE accounting and compliance handling will be preferred.
