- *ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily Accounting Operations
- - Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and guide the accounting team on routine tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of bank, cash, prepaid, accruals, and expense entries in Tally Prime.
- Month-End Close & Reconciliations
- - Prepare and review monthly reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany, advances, prepaid & accrual schedules).
- Support timely books closure and assist with variance analysis as needed.
- Tax & Compliance
- - Prepare monthly workings and compliance packs for GST, TDS, VAT and share with audit/compliance teams for filing.
- Maintain documentation and schedules to support audits and statutory reviews.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- - Prepare weekly AP reports, coordinate with the payments team to process invoices within agreed SLAs.
- Track approvals, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and maintain aging reports.
- Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- - Prepare monthly client invoices,



dispatch to clients, and follow up for payments as per agreed net terms.
- Maintain AR aging, highlight overdue accounts, and support collection efforts.
- Tools & Reporting
- Use MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations) and Tally Prime for transaction processing and reporting.
- Support internal and external audits with schedules and evidence.
- *Must Have Skills and Tools**: Tally, MS Excel, Accounts payable, Accounts receivables
