Job Description Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for data center projects using software like Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools

n

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Architecture, S'Hucture, Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, and Fire Protection) to ensure model integration and c1 free designs

n

Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software

n

Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and client deliverables

n

Create and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

n

Define and enforce company and project BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventions

n

Prepare and manage documentation for BIM workflows, processes, and quality control procedures

n

Oversee data integration, exchange, and management within Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms

n

Ensure accurate and timely sharing of models and information with all stakeholders

n

Provide technical support for BIM tools to team members and resolve software-related issues

n

Train and mentor team members in BIM processes, software usage, and data management best practices

n

Evaluate and recommend BIM tools, plugins, and technologies to improve efficiency and collaboration

n

Collaborate with project managers and design leads to integrate BIM into project delivery timelines

n

Support the preparation of project tenders by providing detailed BIM-based quantities and visualizations.

n

Monitor and report BIM deliverables' progress to stakeholders

Maintain strict adherence to codes, standards, and client specifications related to data centers, such as TIA942, ASHRAE, and local building codes Qualifications & Requirements BE in Mechanical/Electrical with 5-10 years of relevant experience

Should have 5+ expeirence in Revit
