Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in HR functions and the ability to handle a workforce of 150+ employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboardingn

- Handle HR generalist activities such as payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management

n

- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues

n

- Manage and support a workforce of 150+ employees

n

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation

n

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations

n

Skills Required:

n

- Solid leadership and problem-solving skillsn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

n

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

n

- Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies
