Executive – AR / Senior Executive – AR US Healthcare | Hospital Billing (UB‑04) Omega Healthcare, a leading global healthcare services organization, is seeking experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professionals with strong expertise in US Hospital / Facility Billing and UB‑04 institutional claims. This role offers an opportunity to work in a structured, quality‑driven environment supporting leading US healthcare clients. Role Overview The incumbent will be responsible for managing hospital accounts receivable activities with a focus on insurance follow‑ups, denial resolution, and timely reimbursement. The role requires strong payer communication skills, in‑depth knowledge of institutional billing, and adherence to defined quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

n

Manage end‑to‑end US Hospital / Facility AR processes

n

Handle UB‑04 institutional claims, including claim corrections and resubmissions

n

Perform follow‑ups with US insurance payers via outbound calls

n

Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, and LOAs

n

Ensure accurate documentation of all actions in billing and AR systems

n





Review payer responses and client communications for claim updates

n

Escalate complex or unresolved cases to Team Leads appropriately

n

Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets

n

Adhere to Omega Healthcare policies, compliance requirements, and client SLAs Required Qualifications & Experience

n

Minimum 2 years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare

n

Proven experience in Hospital / Facility Billing

n

Solid working knowledge of UB‑04 claim forms

n

Hands‑on experience in Denial Management and Appeals

n

Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance plans

n

Proficiency in insurance calling and AR follow‑up workflows

n

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

n

Ability to work in a target‑driven, quality‑focused environment Note: Freshers and candidates with only Claims Adjudication experience are not eligible for this role.
