- *Role Description**

nThe Area Manager will oversee operations and manage multiple co-living properties in the Bengaluru East region. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, driving profitability, managing property teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.



The role also involves coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues, and mentoring on-site staff.n

The Area

- *Qualifications**
- Robust operational management and leadership skills, with experience overseeing teams and multiple locations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving results and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools for tracking performance metrics.
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in managing large-scale operations.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, facility management, or related fields is a plus.
