We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be crucial in ensuring the robustness and user-friendliness of our platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Core React: 5+ years of experience with React.js, hooks, and component lifecycle.
. TypeScript: Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript for type safety.
. Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Styling & Tools: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar, and build tools like Webpack/Vite.
. API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
. Version Control: Expert in Git and cooperative workflows (Gitflow).
. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:

. Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR).
. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
. Experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest).
. Background in UI/UX principles Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) – able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document clearly, and present solutions
Good understanding of mainframe concepts: VSAM, GDG, datasets, performance tuning, abend handling, and production support

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with UX design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
