Who We are Social Eagle is a performance-driven digital marketing and AI agency training academy focused on delivering measurable lead generation and ROI We partner with entrepreneurs business owners and agencies to build and optimise funnels ads and automation systems Our approach combines data analytics creative strategy and workflow automation to scale paid-media across platforms for conversion-focused campaigns Who We Need We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive Female with 2-4 years of relevant experience in using Tally Prime Silver to oversee the accounting operations of our company The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of core accounting principles and prior exposure to service-based organizations is preferred What You Will Do Manage daily accounting activities and accurately record all financial transactions in Tally Prime Silver Handle petty cash maintain vouchers ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses Prepare process invoices manage accounts receivable and payable and reconcile Ensure timely and accurate payment and filing of GST TDS ESI and PF maintaining full statutory compliance Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports P L Balance sheet Cash flow statement as required by management Ensure regular tracking of payment schedules and due dates to facilitate prompt payments and maintain smooth financial operations Assist with bank reconciliations vendor payments and client collections Coordinate with external auditors and departments for audits and statutory filings Maintain proper documentation filing systems and digital records for all financial data Support the management team with financial analysis MIS reports and data-driven insights Manage bank reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timely processing What You Need Bachelor s degree in commerce accounting finance or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Proficiency in Tally Prime Silver and MS Excel Solid analytical organizational and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Application Question s Do you own a laptop Location Sholinganallur Chennai Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
