Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist in planning daily production schedules (cutting, stitching, and finishing).
- Coordinate between departments (cutting ? stitching ? printing ? packing).
- Ensure production targets are met on time.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP).
- Monitor raw materials like cotton fabric, dyes, threads, and packaging materials.
- Maintain stock records (inward and outward entries).
- Assist in checking fabric quality, stitching accuracy, and print alignment.
- Identify defects like color mismatch, stitching issues, and fabric damage.
- Maintain quality reports and rejection data.
- Ensure finished bedsheets meet company standards.
- Help avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements.
- Maintain daily production reports (DPR).
- Update Excel sheets for inventory, dispatch, and production.




- Analyze basic data like output per day, defect rates, and worker productivity.
