Xera Robotics is a fast-growing deep-tech startup focused on building cutting-edge robotics solutions across marine, agriculture, and autonomous systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support our finance and operations team. Key Responsibilities

n

Bookkeeping & Accounting

n

Maintain accurate financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping

n

Record all financial transactions in Zoho Books

n

Manage accounts payable and receivable

n

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups

n

Financial Management

n

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

n

Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances

n

Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required

n

Inventory & Stock Management

n

Maintain and track stock records for inventory

n

Monitor inward/outward material movement

n

Reconcile stock data with accounts periodically

n

Documentation & Compliance

n





Maintain proper documentation of financial records

n

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Requirements

n

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

n

1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (freshers with solid fundamentals can apply)

n

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred)

n

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

n

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

n

Proficiency in MS Excel Preferred Skills

n

Experience in startup or manufacturing environment

n

Basic understanding of inventory/accounting integration

n
