Your Impact:
In search of an exacting and productive Payment Posting Executive to precisely document and balance insurance and patient payments. In order to assist our healthcare clients' financial well-being, you will be instrumental in the revenue cycle management process by making sure that all remittances are posted accurately. The ideal applicant will have a solid eye for detail, a foundational understanding of medical billing principles, exceptional data entry abilities, and a dedication to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) carefully to comprehend write-offs, contractual modifications, payment information, and denial reasons.
Apply patient payments—co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance—exactly.
Post denial and reason codes to the appropriate claims accurately to guarantee correct routing for Accounts Receivable (AR)



follow-up.
Find and mark overpayments, underpayments, and unapplied payments so that the AR team may look into them further or process refunds.
Verify that every transaction that is posted is correct, comprehensive, and complies with all applicable laws and billing standards, especially those pertaining to US healthcare.

What you Need:
Basic understanding of the medical billing cycle, CPT and ICD-10 codes, and EOBs/ERAs.
Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills for reconciliation.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
