Key Skills and Educational Qualification: 1. Should have a minimum of 3-5+ years or more experience in US staffing as a Business Development Manager. 2. Should have managed relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams. 3. Strong proven experience in onboarding both Direct as well as MSP clients. Job Requirements: 1. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients. 2. Proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills 3. Build a robust and extensive client network and relationships 4.
