Role: Generalist (Execution Operator – Intern / Full-time)
What this role is:
You work directly with core team on whatever drives growth/ revenue: leads, hiring, outreach, ops, execution.
Your job:
- Generate MSME leads daily
- Help with screening candidates or users
- Support partnerships & sales execution
- Assist in pilot onboarding & operations
- Solve problems without instructions
What we measure:
- Speed of execution + output (not effort)
- Ability to figure things out without hand-holding
Compensation:
- ₹0 during 12 weeks probation
- PPO based on performance with healthy salary + bonus + equity (exceptional performance)
- Top performer: (upto ₹70,000 cash)
