Job Title Business Analyst - ERPNext Company Stackerbee Technologies Location Onsite - Dwarka Mor Delhi Experience 1-2 years minimum 1 ERP implementation preferred We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with ERPNext experience to join our team The ideal candidate should be proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and must have hands-on experience in ERPNext modules including Sales Purchase Accounting Stock HR and Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements Create BRDs Business Requirement Documents workflow diagrams and process flows Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and ERP capabilities Configure and support modules in ERPNext such as Sales Purchase Accounting Finance Inventory Stock Management Human Resources Manufacturing Production Planning Participate in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth customization and deployment Provide end-user training and ongoing support Test system functionalities and ensure data accuracy Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst Hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support Strong understanding of business processes across multiple departments Excellent communication and documentation skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with Frappe Framework Knowledge of basic scripting customization in ERPNext Previous exposure to client-facing roles To Apply Send your resume to jyoti kaul stackerbee com with the subject line Application for Business Analyst - ERPNext Let me know if you want a short LinkedIn post or PDF version of this too Job Types Full time Permanent Work Location In person
