Role: Corporate Development Director (Office of the CEO)

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Development Director to join the Office of the CEO in a high-visibility, strategic role focused on accelerating the company’s growth agenda. This position serves as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, driving enterprise-level strategic initiatives, evaluating and executing M&A; opportunities, engaging with VC/PE stakeholders, and shaping long-term corporate strategy.

The individual will act as the “Voice of the CEO” on designated corporate development and strategic matters, ensuring alignment, rigor, and timely execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide strategic planning, advisory, and decision-support to the Office of the CEO.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on corporate development, private equity, and M&A; initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment, diligence processes, and execution of strategic transactions.
- Lead end-to-end M&A; activities, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation support, closing, and post-merger integration.
- Partner closely with the Strategy Execution Office to coordinate CEO/Chairman reviews, long-range planning, and strategic governance processes.
- Analyze market trends, client earnings reports, research insights, and transaction landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.




- Support enterprise communications strategy in collaboration with business leaders, including positioning, branding, reputation management, and crisis communications.
- Develop executive-level content, including services and product narratives, customer and partner announcements, media pitches, and strategic communications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across communications, PR, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of corporate priorities.

Required Education & Experience

n

- MBA from a top-tier business school.
- Prior experience as a Corporate Development leader within a large IT services organization.
- Demonstrated end-to-end M&A; experience, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, closing, and post-merger integration.
- Solid exposure to private equity engagement and strategic investment processes.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel strategic communications initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of digital business models and emerging digital technologies.
