Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate for Pune City. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, addressing concerns via phone and email, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.



This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to the overall success of the service team.

Qualifications

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to address customer needs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer accounts and documenting interactions
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic workflows
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
- Proficiency in English and local languages for clear communication
- High school diploma or equivalent;n
